In this 12-month program, you get answers to the big WHY and HOW in your journey. Align your passion and key vision into all areas of life. You will dive into your core allowing you to express your Self more authentically and subsequently strengthen your conscious way as leader in your field. You will apply different tools into your working environment and track the success and optimization potential. Your coach acts as sounding board as well as resource spotter for your situation. Over the period of 50 weeks we will have biweekly sessions as well as a retreat day (in nature). Additionally, your coach will call you intermittently for check-in on your progress.

Included into the package are a 360 qualitative interview circle with 12 – 15 stakeholders, shamanic healing ceremonies, just-in-time-support and any of the following analysis.

• The Reiss Profile which helps you tracing the roots of individual behavior,
• The TIP report (The International Profiler) which is a powerful mirror and helps you identifying how to be more effective in an international role or
• Full report of Human Behavioral Framework leadership or start up profile 
• The hand-analysis which decodes your hand characteristics into your strengths, challenges and possible ways of personal development.
